Problem with ALE Interface in 2D Axisymmetric

I am trying to model a sessile droplet in 2D axisymmetric. I don't want to use the microfluidics package for this, so I'm modeling it with laminar flow conditions in the droplet and using the ALE moving mesh in the mathematics physics set. I am applying both gravity and surface tension. However, the interface, which is governed by the moving mesh equations, does not contact the 2D axisymmetry line perpendicularly. This would then mean that the droplet has a sharp edge at its top center, which isn't correct. How can I force the ALE algorithm to respect the line of symmetry? I've attached an image showing the problem (the color coding represents velocity magnitude in the droplet) after a few time steps.
Thank you for any help,
John
