HELP!!! how to find stress matrix of a 2D rectangle of Gallium Nitride

Hello everyone, i am doing some research on pizoelectric effect on Gallium nitride, but i faced a huge problem that i have not the complete data of Gallium Nitride which comsol required to entry to solve the equation. The unknown data if the compliance matrix, Coupling Matrix and relative permittivity of Gallium Nitride. It's going to kill me because i have no idea on how to find out these data. May anyone can help me?
The design of my model is consist of 2 rectangle , which on the top is a 120um X 0.01um (W x H) and the bottom one is 120um X 80um (W x H), and both of the material is Gallium Nitride.
