heat transference

Hi all, I am a begginer using COMSOL and I have many doubts about the possibility of doing the next things:

I trying to create a model in which I want to simulate a process similar to an automatic tape placement; I cannot find a solution for:

- Creating a geometry that appears at a certain moment of the process and interact with the rest of the geometry ( for example heat intercharge...)

- If I have two geometries with their own physic each one (heat transfer in solids), how can I relate both then with a new physic (heat transference between them)??? where do I need to create this particular interaction phenomenon?
