heat sink with forced convection by fan

Hi, I really need help.

I just design heat sink with many fin.
In this case, i need conductive process and forced convective by fan.
Many questions from me:
1. What the material basic from comsol? If i not use the air box in heat sink, is the influential in process? because i need air is around the heat sink.
2. What the model can used in the case?

the number 3 is coming soon
