conjugate heat transfer; solution not convergent

Hi everybody.

I need help with my model. I’m modeling the heat transfer of a CdTe detector connected to some power electronics. The geometry dimension is more or less of 200 mm^3. I’m using both the heat transfer and the conjugate heat transfer nodes. With the heat transfer node I have no problems. With the conjugate heat transfer node, I’m trying to simulate the convective flow air outside the flask. What I do is to crate an air volume and to apply a volume force on it. My problem is that when solving I get the famous not convergent error. I have tried many things, as changing the mesh, change some solver parameters, but I keep getting the same error. Anyone has any idea of how can I solve this problem?

Thank you!

David
