Location of Mesh Stiffness setting in COMSOL v.4.3b

Dear All

I am performing some FSI simulations and was looking for the "mesh stiffness" control options in COMSOL but was not able to locate it (google search led me nowhere). I need to ensure that the elements with larger volumes have a lower stiffness constant so that during simulations they absorb the most deflection and that the elements with the smallest volumes retain their shape/quality for the most part.
Can anyone please point out where one can specify this property?
