Now, since I wasn't able to figure that out I instead used a Background Pressure Field in the desired direction. Something weird came up: (2) if the incident field is parallel to the walls (x direction) then the total field is symmetric in the y direction, as expected, but not on the x direction. The results seem to point to a numerical error. If I insted use a field perpendicular to the walls, coming in the y direction, then the result is symmetric in the x direction, but not on the y.
I checked that when I impose a Background field one of its maximums is in the middle of the geometry, as desired, so the error does not come from that. I also used a symmetric mesh.
If anyone can give me some clues on either (1) or (2) of the issues I'd be very thankful.
'Till next time!
