The electrical potential generation of a bent nano-beam

material: PZT-5H, Size: 25x25x1000;
I think the potential distribution should be: on one surface the potential is positive and in the opposite surface negative. But in my simulation result, potential only generated at the root of the beam. Fig 1.

Someone gona help me!
