1D plot: plot height in function off it's width (2D geometry)

I was wondering if there was a built in function to plot the height of a geometry in function of it's width.
I thought this would be specially interesting if it was possible to plot this when you are having a deformed shape in function of the time. In the end i would get a plot of height versus width which would be time dependent.
In case there are no built in functions for this problem. Is there any other way to get this plot?
Kind regards
RG
