Create nine hollow cylinders

I need to create nine hollow cylinders (steel) that are surrounded by air. How do I do this? Actually the cylinders are placed 3x3 in a wooden pallet and they all have a temperature below 0 degrees celsius. I need to find out how long it would take for the cylinder in the middle to warm up to room temperature.

Chapter 7 of the Reference Manual covers geometry creation tools and functionalities.
The documentation is accessed through the File>Help>Documentation menu.
