Complex Relative Permittivity of materials at 120 kHz

I am troubling with entering complex permittivity of some materials (water, copper and air) at 120 kHz. I found everywhere in internet (I guess) but couldn't. Have you any idea about a database?
I got a link ; "refractiveindex.info/?shelf=other&book=AlGaAs&page=Aspnes-0" from a forum before but it gives only relative permittivity at optical wavelengths.
Please help me.
Thank you.
