Dendrite growth during solidification of alloys

Hi,

I am trying to simulate dendrite growth in Fe-C alloys. Even though I have used all the exact parameters from literature, I am still unable to simulate the growth. Sometimes there is the problem with convergence. I have looked through COMSOL convergence tips and followed all those as well, but to no avail. If there is anyone out there who could help me out with this, please let me know and your replies will be much appreciated.
