Semiconductor: Low mobility materials (polymers)

Dear Users,

does someone here have experience with low-mobility, low charge carrier density semiconducting materials, for example Alq3, TPBi etc, which usually have a mobility far lower than 1 cm^2/Vs

Is comsol suitable for such devices? I am particularly interesting in modelling frequency domain behavior (for comparison with impedance spectroscopy data).

Why would it be inapplicable? Are you worried about special transport physics, like charge hopping, or is it simply a matter of the low magnitude of the mobility?

It seems the equations shouldn't care if the mobility is low or high.
