Sediment transport (hydraulics) modeling

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everyone ,

Is there anyone who knows how we can use COMSOL to model sediment transports inside a canal ? Based on the density of the sediments and the drag and gravity forces , different sediments have different movements ( bed-loads , saltation , and suspended ) ...

Which physics should we look for ? Should we only use COMSOL to solve related PDEs ( mathematics ) ?

Thanks
