2 phase flow along with reaction

Hi,

i am trying to simulate a 2 phase flow problem using euler euler laminar flow model. I have to add reaction and for that i am using transport of diluted species. while solving this the following error found.

Failed to find a solution.
Segregated group 1

System matrix is zero.
Returned solution is not converged.

Please suggest the right way to accomodate reaction in gas-solid 2 phase flow
