Material properties

I am trying to insert material parameters as a function of the radius of the cylinder in the 3D geometry (two perpendicular cylinders one on another ), I have defined two cylindrical systems corresponding to the two cylinders. So I defined material properties based on the cylindrical system, but the material properties do not seem like radial dependency.
Does anyone can help me to solve this problem?
