Transmission by port

Hello all

I want to calculate the transmission through glass slab by different frequency of light. I just modified the frequency selective model and try to calculate the transmission through glass slab. But in my model i get reflectance value almost 1 no any transmission, but physically i should get 100% transmission because my geometry is like I am giving light from above port and light is passing through glass slab and collection is taking place at port 2.

I am attaching the model.
