BiCGStab iteration cannot stop and don't converge

Hi All

I am a beginner in COMSOL, I am now trying to simulate the optical wave propagation of a tapered optical fiber in air. Basically it is a optical silica glass fiber with diameter of 1 um surrounded by air. I tried to use RF module to solve it. What i did is first I found the mode I need in boundary solutions then I use a frequency domain to solve for the guided light. I tried different mesh for Iterative solver, but the BiGCStab dont converge. I then tried the direct solver, it works only in coarse mesh, and the results are bad.

Anyone can give me some suggestions? I have attached my files.
