Modeling 3D Electromagnetic Coils in the Frequency Domain


In Part 19 of this introductory coil modeling course, we discuss the frequency-domain modeling of electromagnetic coils in 3D using COMSOL Multiphysics® and the AC/DC Module. We will also discuss the different approaches for use in the low-frequency, mid-frequency, and high-frequency regimes, as well as meshing and solving.
