Using COMSOL Multiphysics® as a Teaching Aid
Multiphysics modeling and simulation is well suited for use in engineering education to help students learn about and understand underlying phenomena. In this archived webinar, we give a brief introduction to the capabilities of the COMSOL Multiphysics® software as well as the license types available to academic institutions. We also hear from two panelists: Dr. Harold Ruiz from the University of Leicester speaks on how he uses COMSOL Multiphysics® as an academic teaching aid and Dr. James Bowen from the Open University shares his experience with the academic server license.
Dr. James Bowen is a senior lecturer of materials engineering at the Open University. Dr. Harold Ruiz is an associate professor of electrical machines and power systems at the University of Leicester.
