Paralegal

COMSOL is seeking a Paralegal to join its team in Burlington, MA. As part of our team, you will support in-house counsel and outside counsel, as well as work closely with our legal and licensing departments to assist with the everyday operations of the local office. This is a rapidly growing, diverse company and as such you will be assigned with a broad range of responsibilities allowing for personal and professional growth.

Primary responsibilities

  • Assist with review of contracts, including governmental regulations
  • Compiling information for immigration cases and responding to related requests
  • Updating legal policies and related training material
  • Work with our internal database to enter and categorize data
  • Assist the licensing department with reviewing and processing orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eligibility to work in the US
