Marketing Specialist

COMSOL is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team in Burlington, MA.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns and monitor results to improve efficiency
  • Process customer information on a day-to-day basis and assist with CRM related projects
  • Plan and execute the US webinar plan - including promotions, working across departments, and running live events
  • Assist with Media Relations project coordination and communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related experience with at least 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with a CRM-based as well as Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting, and the RingCentral Meetings web-based meeting tools or equivalent is preferred
  • Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position
