how to solve ODE with if condition

Dear all,

I want to solve following ODE , is comsol capable of solving this ?

integral(A-B)/(L^2-x^2)*dx,0,L)=C/sqrt(L)

Where B,C =const

If A>B, the equation stars working, if A<B, L =0

Can anyone help me , please ? I tried my best but fail so far :(
