Reg file format conversion

Greetings everyone,
Is it possible to convert the model file format from .mph to .mphbin?
I'm presently working in comsol 4.3b version and I want to import a Model which is exported from the comsol 5.0 version. And since .mph format is not compatible with 4.3b version I need to convert the file format, is that possible?
