Hii.....

I am simulating flow boiling in micro channel in COMSOL 5.2 , For that I have added Hypothetical bubble of steam(Contact angle 30 deg) in channel and water is entering at average velocity of 0.15 m/s .

For this I am using Heat transfer in fluid and Laminar two phase flow , phase field physics ,,, I have added source terms in energy equation , phase field equation and continuity equation ,

I have added study Time dependent with phase initialization and given time step 0.01 s , it is showing error of Nonlinear solver did not converge.

Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Time : 2.001161594232421e-006
Last time step is not converged.
What could be possible reason for error please look into it .
