Hi,

I'm trying to model the diffusion of ions into a silicon stacking fault/defect under the effect of an electric field, but I'm not sure where to start. The stacking fault is essententially a 2D plane embedded in a 3D block of silicon. I think the transport of diluted species physics might be useful, but I'm stuck on how to implement the stacking fault.
