Resonant Modes of a Microstrip

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everyone;

I am trying to obtain the resonance frequencies of a regular microstrip. To do that, I use the study of eigenfrequency. However I am continuously getting the same and same errors which warns about the undefined variable lambda in some domain or boundary. Any help is much appreciated.

I can't speak specifically about your eigenfrequency studies, never did one, but generally you'll need a start frequency/wavelength for eigen-searches and the such. Check all the study nodes for a place to put frequency or wavelength in all the places it wants it. Also be aware that some of these words are reserved words. You might be better of with frk for frequency and lbd for wavelength to avoid confusing COMSOL.
