simulation in acoustic module

Respected fellows,

I am research scholar. I have some problem regarding acoustic module . i want to deform some viscoelastic material by the acoustic radiation force produced by the vibrations of glass plate. the case is like : a viscoelastic material is on the glass plate . by vibrations produced by glass plate i want to deform the viscoelastic material . i need the help for simulation in comsol multiphysics.
