Surface Roughness Micro channel

I am trying to model roughness on micro channel wall. Attached is the picture.
I used moving mesh, setting boundary conditions for two inner boundary as a analytic function (Sine wave form).
However I want it in from of square wave, amplitude not exceeding 40 nm.
Moreover, is there any other effective way to introduce roughness to the walls?
