Java error running a model in COMSOL 3.5a with MATLAB

I am running from a MATLAB script (M-file obtained from COMSOL 3.5a) a 1D model for a freeze-drying model with moving boundary. After several runs (I am running the model with several initial conditions), the following error appears:
