Cannot see interface normal and curvature these two variables in the Level set interface

"Geometry properties of the interface are often needed. The unit normal to the interface is given by "n=***", The curvature is defined as "k=***". (ps: *** here represent the formula simply)
These variables are available in the modeling interface as the interface normal and mean curvature."
According to these description above, It seems that we can see the interface normal n and curvature k in the modeling interface, but I cannot see them, I don't know why.

Even I have the same problem, I am able to locate the interface normal . This can be seen if you see the "Equation View" option under advanced interface options. But I am not able to locate the mean curvature of interface.
Some one PS shed some light on this.
