Hello every body

I am trying to make a microreactor with inlet and outlet but I have problem to make hole on the wall of reactor.
please tell me, how can I make hole on the wall?

Hi

like that I would say draw a circle on the boundary and define it with an outflow/outlet boundary condition, whatever fits your modeling physics
