Solution at time 0 gives fully developed flow with initial values set to 0.[Creeping flow]

Hi, I'm fairly new to COMSOL but have managed to get the creeping flow, laminar and turbulent modules to work. However I'm skeptical of the answer that is given, for all modules the result at time 0 shows a fully developed/ or some velocity magnitude when everything is supposed to be still (v=0). I'm starting the simulations on something simple, so a straight pipe with no slip boundary condition for the creeping flow module. My inlet velocity is 2.004E-8 m/s and all pressures are set to 1[atm], also my initial values for the velocity expression are all 0 in the 3 directions.

Just in case it wasn't clear, the picture attached shows the result for time 0; the fluid in the pipe is supposed to be stationary at this time but for whatever reason COMSOL shows a result of a fully developed fluid flow. Why is this the case? And how can I fix it?

If more information is needed please let me know! Thank you for your time.
