Cooling Plasma Beam Target

Good Afternoon,

I am working on a smaller part of a larger machine. I am trying to model the heat transfer in an explosion bonded titanium-copper target. The target is supposed to be cooled by water however the model results do not reflect that. Any help in troubleshooting would be much appreciated. Attached is a model without solutions or the mesh.
