problem in animation

Can any one help me
I formulated lot of model in comsol 3.5 after solving it i tought of making a movie file of it avi format but the model is jumping out to final step . when i close the ''generating movie window" i could see how its animation in ''movie player window'' behind working but i am unable to capture in movie format ....

Can any one help please...............:)
