Hello,

to round the corners in a 2D geometry I found out quickly - but how can I round the edges in a 3D geometry?

Filleting in 3D is available in an optional add-on product called the Design Module: https://www.comsol.com/design-module You can check whether your license includes that product by goign to File > Licensed and Used Products.
