Creating Geometry with Loop in COMSOL with MATLAB

Dear COMSOL Team,
I am interested in creating a geometry in COMSOL 5.2 . There is a 01 matrix, the first to establish a big rectangular, when the elements of the matrix is 0, establish a small rectangular in the location , then implement the difference operation. (Dig small squares in the corresponding position of the large rectangular). But it shows 'You need to provide input objects.' Below is the script that i am running in MATLAB window.
