How to load irregular 3D geometry from matlab into comsol?

To whom it may concern,
Currently I am working on the scenario with very irregular 3D geometry. I have constructed a very irregular geometry in 3D in matlab. I would like to save the 3D geometry for COMSOL module simulation. Any advice how to do that in Livelink Matlab? Thanks.
I recongize that comsol has a function to load DEM data. I extract some part of the DEM data and it is not possible to save extracted data as *.dem. Any advice on how to organize the extracted data points and load them into COMSOL as my geometry? Thanks.
