Blood Flow in Aneurysm (Sack off of main artery)

I am currently using Comsol in my PhD and I am quite stuck on a problem and any help would be very much appreciated. I am trying to simulate the laminar blood flow through a pseudaneurysm in the common femoral artery and I am struggling to recreate the flow conditions seen in experimental and clinical environments.

To start I setup the geometry as a "golf ball on a stick" off of the main artery (Figure 1). Then I setup a pulsatile inlet flow velocity using a peicewise function (Figure2). Since we have large flow rates and large vessels I am assuming the viscosity is Newtonian with a value of mu = 0.0035Pa.s which is correct for blood. I have also included a volume force to account for gravity, which I'm not sure is correct.

Basically my main issue is that very little/no flow is actually entering the large sack off of the artery, however I know from experimental results that flow does indeed enter the sack at ~50cm/s. However I am constantly getting values of 10e-9 cm/s in the sack even at the maximum inlet velocity (Figure3). If you could give us any advice on this it would be of much much much help!
