Help please, seismic difference in fluid penetrating

I have designed a model to simulate the difference after fluid penetrating in solid ,I used pressure acoustic and two- phase-Darcy ,but the pressure aoustic can only compute the solid regardless of the fluid inside ,I need some advices ,
