Periodic boundary condition in a capacitor array

On the attached model, I applied the periodic continuity condition to the 2 pairs of sides of a capacitor. The shape of capacitor unit cell is rectangular with a couple of etched cylindrical holes in it, and the holes are placed in such a way to be arranged in a triangular pattern on the final periodic array. However, I get 4 regions of increased displacement field in the corners of the rectangular unit cell that can be seen on the attached image, which is the normal component of the displacement field (logically I do not expect them to be there when a periodic boundary condition is applied, since the symmetry of the final array is supposed to be triangular, not rectangular). Am I doing something wrong?
