Meshing areactor with platinum catalyst

I am currently dealing with a microreactor, where platinum is deposited inside of it. I want to simulate the reaction CO oxidation.
Probably due to size, I have difficulties meshing the geometry. I tried for instance physics controlled, but it took so long time that I thought comsol never would manage.
Without the existence of platinum, the meshing is very straightforward, were I used swept meshing. But now the catalyst averts this meshing method.
Do someone have a proper and convenien proposal for how I can mesh my geometry. The file is attached.
Thanks in advance,
