Hi, I am using RF module and i try to calculate the wave impedence for the Coplanar Strip Lines in even and odd mode configurations in 3D mode using TEM. Can anyone help in how to use the integrate function for the subdomain and boundary...

can any one tellme how to calculate wave impedence for even and odd mode TEM?
