Problem of coupling a chemical reaction engineering and other physical fields

In this model I want to build a simple reaction in RE and a simple geometry which can provide a place for RE, only diluted species included. But no matter how I still can't make the solving successful.
Also, I looked through the model library of comsol, but they didn't help much.
The model have been uploaded, just a simple reaction A=>B and a simple geometry with simple boundary conditions.
Please let me know where I did wrong. I have been stuck here for so many days which almost drive me crazy.
And if someone have any model that related, please upload it. Thank you so much!
