resistance of interdigital current collector

hello everyone, i need to measure the electrical resistance based on ohm's law of interdigital current collector of a supercapacitor to see the influence of different geometry parameter(length, width..). I've tried with electric current physic but it gives me a wrong value. Can anyone have any idea how can i fix my problem, i can send the comsol file in a private e-mail. My reference article will be attached.
