if you want to compute the pipe's mechanical stress you will need to include fluid-structure coupling. See e.g. https://www.comsol.de/blogs/simulating-fluid-structure-interaction-in-a-ball-check-valve/ and the links therein.
If you want to study the resulting heat distribution you will need to couple the flow with a heat transfer interface. See e.g. https://www.comsol.de/blogs/finding-the-ideal-thickness-for-the-insulation-of-a-pipeline/
