How to partion 3D results without partioning the geometry

Hello everyone! First of all, thank you so much for the time you spend reading my question.

I have results (velocities) from a 3D model. The results are realistic and accurate; however, I want to see the visual results from the 3D surface plot in the interior of my 3D object. My 3d geometry is symmetric, but I do not want to partition the object physically. I only want to partition the results so that I can be able to see how the velocities behave in the interior of my object. How could I do this task?
