The post processing of free surface transient problems

Hello!
My modal is a two phase flows 2-D transient problems,explicitily.There is a paddle waves in a water tank,and I want to observe the free surface level changes and calculates the frequency of oscillation frequency. BUT! I don't know how to get the datas of level change of free surface in every second. Please somebody can teach me how to do it!!! Thanks
And there is a modal just like mine in apllication gallery!
