turn off Random function!

I am working on micro-structures evolution.
I need to use random generator at the start of simulation but I have to turn it off after a while.
anybody knows if it is possible in COMSOL and how?

Hi

normally in v4.2a (probably before too) there is a random function to call, if you multiply it by a rand()*(t[1/s]<t0) it should only be "on" up to time t0 in seconds
