I don't really know, but considering the hazy block-like shading that I can see in the blue parts of the zoomed view, it sure looks to me like you may not have nearly a fine enough mesh in the volume(s) right around the sources of heat. You might want to modify that and try again. Your mesh need to be fine enough to capture the details of the gradient in temperature.
